The Odum Institute – UNC Chapel Hill

Online Master of Applied Data Science students are able to take Odum Institute classes for free, they just have to make a $10 deposit that will be refunded once they take the course.

UNC Onyen  Set up Duo 2-Step verification. Change or reset your Onyen password.  

UNC Self-Service Sign up for UNC email. Set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for Microsoft products. Get an alias for your UNC email address.  

ConnectCarolina Use ConnectCarolina to register for classes and check your grades, registration holds, account status and enrollment status. 

Heelmail Check your UNC email using Heelmail. Tuition bills, course evaluations, library notices, graduation notices and more go into your official UNC email. Make sure you check it!  

UNC Software Distribution UNC provides students access to many different software programs at discounted rates. Get to all of the Office 365 applications from sa.unc.edu/shop. Students also get access to Adobe Creative Cloud for free.

UNC Virtual Lab Students use the virtual lab to connect to University software applications using Citrix. There are limited seats for each application. During busy times you may have to wait to access popular software.
